TJM PACE/REMOTE shock absorbers

Product Desription

The all-new TJM PACE/REMOTE adjustable shock absorber was developed by TJM Engineering and offers ultimate off-road performance for demanding off-road users. The innovative monotube design offers direct heat dissipation, in addition the REMOTE container offers additional cooling. The compression and rebound of the shock absorber can be adjusted in 8 different settings without tools and can therefore be perfectly adapted to the vehicle weight, road conditions and off-road conditions. The patented hydraulic "pump stop" protects the shock absorber and other suspension parts against bottoming out and overloading. Pickups with a cab and a high center of gravity are significantly more stable, heavily loaded vehicles are more stable on the road, teetering and rocking is prevented in off-road use, which improves the driving behavior considerably and last but not least the chassis also looks very good. For various vehicles (such as Hilux Revo, LandCruiser Prado 150, Ranger PX 2/3 and MY23) PACE/REMOTE undercarriages with 3.5t load increase are available (applies to Switzerland).

8 Stage Compression Adjustment (Pression)

The 8 stage Compression adjustment which is located on the end of the remote reservoir helps the suspension absorb bumps or road irregularities as the wheel moves upward in stroke. Depending on the situation your suspension needs different damping control at different times. With the 8 stages of adjustability you can choose your desired damping force creating the perfect ride for you vehicle and set-up.

8 Stage Rebound Adjustment

The 8 stage Rebound adjuster which is located on the lower mount of the shock.  This allows for on the go adjustment of the rebound damping to allow the suspension to return to the proper position, after a bump or other irregularity causing the suspension to compress, in a smooth and controlled motion.
